No doubt, nonprofit organizations will have an arduous time implementing the impending Federal Overtime Regulations. Under the new labor law, nonprofit organizations are treated the same as for-profit entities. Nonprofits, however, cannot simply raise the cost of services to make up for the required jump in labor cost. Let us help your organization through this labor transition to ensure you maintain the work toward your mission.

Attend one of our free nonprofit workshops. During these hour and a half sessions, we’ll provide:

  • Overview of the Overtime Regulations
  • Implementation options for nonprofits
  • Examples of implementation options
  • Ample Q&A time with Hawkins Ash CPAs and HR professional
